Sponsor a Child

Below are some of the children who are in need of a sponsor.

These are real children living really hard lives.  Many of them dream of going to school, but it is just not realistic given their family’s financial situation.  Most parents desire for their children to go to school and hopefully live a different life than their own.  Sponsorship covers school tuition, fees, uniform, and allows for the child to attend Saturday and Sunday programs at the Junction where they are provided a meal, Bible study, fellowship and love!

You can sponsor a child for $50 per month. You can give this amount monthly or you can pay $150 quarterly or $600 annually. You can make your payment using the Make a Donation page. You can also sponsor by mailing your check to: 28249 C.R. 70, Orlando, OK 73073. Please be sure to select “Sponsor a child” and include the child’s name if you choose to sponsor. We will contact you and tell you more about your child and how you can be involved in his or her life.

We have also set up another way to send your money to sponsor your child. It is through an automatic bank draft. In using the bank draft we receive 100% of your payment whereas in Paypal, they take out a percentage each time you give. Paypal is still an acceptable way to send your money if that is what you prefer. If you are interested in the automatic bank draft, please send us an email at dsglstone@hotmail.com and we will send you a form that you can fill out and return to us. We take the payment out on the 15th of every month.

Sponsorship is a long-term commitment

Once a child enters school, Two Roads commits to sponsor them through the end of their schooling. Uganda’s school system is structured differently than public education in the United States.  Primary school is P1 – P7.  This is similar to our elementary school.  In P7, students must pass an exam to proceed to secondary school.  Secondary school is S1 – S6.  This would be like our junior high and high school.
